Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in the original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of our confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product.
